Privacy Policy
On this page we present our privacy policy which is pretty straightforward. We never share the information we gather on our visitors or users with anyone. We only use our users' emails for contacting them relating their subdomain and sending out, very rarely, news about our service.
Apache Logs
Our server is running the popular Apache Web Server, it registers every single hit in its comprehensive log files. What it saves includes, but is not limited to, your ip address, item requested on our server, information relating your browser software, referring page and time of hit. It does NOT include your email address or any other personal information.
Use Of Apache Logs
All information contained in the Apache logs is kept away from the public and any third parties. We use it to improve and fine tune our services, site structure and to learn who visit our site. The ONLY instances in which we may open our logs to a third party is if we need to track scammers, spammers or other persons seriously breaking the law. In such cases it is only the relevant legal authorities that we will provide the information to.
Cookies
The only instance where we may place cookies on your computer is if you are a user and log into the account manage page. In such cases a few session cookies may be placed on your computer. These cookies are only known by our server and not by anyone else, also the information contained within is of no personal nature. Ie. they do not contain your IP or email address.
Emails
All users must define a correct and valid email in their account.
Use Of Emails
Our users' emails are only used for contacting them directly in two different cases.
- We use them to inform them of status changes on their subdomain..
- We do, very rarely, send out emails to all our users, updating them on our service status and improvements. (In over 2 years of operation we have not sent out any such news emails yet!)
If you spam / run a scam site etc.
If you commit SERIOUS breaches of our acceptable use policy it voids this privacy policy completely and we might give away your registration details (such as ip address and email address) to people/agencies requesting it!
